প্রথমবারের মতো হতে চলেছে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক সেমিস্টার সিস্টেমের তৃতীয় সেমিস্টারের পরীক্ষা, যেটি সরাসরি ২০২৬ উচ্চমাধ্যমিকের প্রথম ধাপ। নতুন প্যাটার্ন নতুন নিয়ম কানুন মেনে পরীক্ষা হবে। ইতিমধ্যে ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের এডমিট কার্ডও নতুনভাবে অনলাইনে জেনারেট করে দেওয়া হয়েছে, এবার সেই এডমিট কার্ডের সঙ্গে দেওয়া হলো নির্দেশিকা। যেগুলি পরীক্ষার দিনগুলিতে অবশ্যই মেনে চলতে হবে।
তৃতীয় সেমেস্টার পরীক্ষার্থীদের জন্য উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক সংসদ কর্তৃক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশাবলী
পরীক্ষার্থীদের জন্য এই নির্দেশগুলি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। প্রতিটি পরীক্ষার্থীকে এগুলি সতর্কতার সঙ্গে পড়ে মেনে চলতে হবে। পরীক্ষার সুষ্ঠু ও নিরপেক্ষ পরিচালনার জন্য বোর্ড কর্তৃপক্ষ এই নির্দেশগুলি জারি করেছে।
❶ The examinees will be allowed to enter into the venue and appear in the examination with valid admit card only, duly sealed and countersigned by the concerned Head of the Institution.
➥ পরীক্ষার্থীরা কেবলমাত্র বৈধ অ্যাডমিট কার্ড প্রদর্শনের মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রে প্রবেশ করতে ও পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন। এই অ্যাডমিট কার্ড অবশ্যই সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রধানের সিলমোহর ও স্বাক্ষরে অনুমোদিত হতে হবে।
❷ Correction of admit card except by the competent authority of the Council, shall render the candidate liable to be disqualified to sit for this or any subsequent examination.
➥ কাউন্সিলের যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষ ছাড়া অন্য কেউ অ্যাডমিট কার্ডে সংশোধন করলে, সংশ্লিষ্ট পরীক্ষার্থীকে বর্তমান বা পরবর্তী যেকোনো পরীক্ষায় বসার অযোগ্য ঘোষণা করা হবে।

❸ The examinees must report to their respective Venues at least 1 hour in advance to the commencement of the examination.
➥ পরীক্ষার্থীদের অবশ্যই পরীক্ষার শুরুর কমপক্ষে ১ ঘণ্টা আগে নিজ নিজ পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রে উপস্থিত হতে হবে। অর্থাৎ রিপোর্টিং টাইম থাকছে সকাল ন’টা (9:00 AM)।
❹ The examinees may carry the registration certificate, pencil, pencil eraser, transparent instrument box, transparent water bottle and transparent clipboard in the examination hall for their own use only. Borrowing of any such items from any of the examinees will not be permitted.
➥ পরীক্ষার্থীরা পরীক্ষার হলে নিজেদের প্রয়োজনীয় সামগ্রী যেমন— নিবন্ধন শংসাপত্র, পেন্সিল, ইরেজার, স্বচ্ছ জ্যামিতি বক্স, স্বচ্ছ জলের বোতল এবং স্বচ্ছ ক্লিপবোর্ড সঙ্গে আনতে পারবেন। তবে এ ধরনের কোনো সামগ্রী অন্য পরীক্ষার্থীর কাছ থেকে ধার নেওয়া যাবে না।
❺ They are strictly prohibited from bringing any printed or written textual material, kits of paper, plastic pouch, calculator, pen drives, writing pad, log table, electronic pen/scanner, mobile phones, bluetooth ear phones, microphones, pager, smart watch, camera, goggles, meta glasses, bag/handbags, health band or any other electronic gadget, etc. into the examination venues/hall.
➥ কোনো ছাপানো বা হাতে লেখা পাঠ্যসামগ্রী, কাগজের টুকরো, প্লাস্টিকের পাউচ, ক্যালকুলেটর, পেন ড্রাইভ, রাইটিং প্যাড, লগ টেবিল, ইলেকট্রনিক কলম/স্ক্যানার, মোবাইল ফোন, ব্লুটুথ ইয়ারফোন, মাইক্রোফোন, পেজার, স্মার্ট ওয়াচ, ক্যামেরা, গগলস, মেটা গ্লাসেস, ব্যাগ/হ্যান্ডব্যাগ, হেলথ ব্যান্ড বা অন্য কোনো ইলেকট্রনিক যন্ত্র পরীক্ষার হলে আনা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
❻ Carrying any of the electronic gadget or indulging in any physical assault with the examination personnel or damaging of any property in the venue will lead to the cancellation of enrollment and examinations.
➥ কোনো ইলেকট্রনিক যন্ত্র বহন করা অথবা পরীক্ষাকর্মীদের সঙ্গে অসদাচরণ করা কিংবা কেন্দ্রের সম্পত্তি নষ্ট করলে পরীক্ষার্থীর ভর্তি ও পরীক্ষা বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।
❼ The examinees must bring blue/black ink ball point/dot pens with them for writing in the boxes or darkening circle on the OMR Answer Sheet. Use of gel pen or fountain pen is not permitted.
➥ পরীক্ষার্থীদের অবশ্যই নীল বা কালো কালি যুক্ত বল পয়েন্ট বা ডট পেন আনতে হবে OMR উত্তরপত্রে বক্স পূরণ বা বৃত্ত কালো করার জন্য। জেল পেন বা ফাউন্টেন পেন ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
❽ The examinee should read the instructions given on the first page of the Question Paper and on the back side of the OMR Answer Sheet carefully. They have to write/fill up the boxes/circles under Sl No. 1 to 5 (Registration No., Roll No., Question Booklet Serial No., Subject and Full Signature of the Candidate) of the OMR correctly and then answer the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) by darkening circles under Sl No. 8 (Eight) of the OMR Sheet. Nothing else can be written or marked on the OMR Sheet except in the specific/designated spaces.
➥ পরীক্ষার্থীরা প্রশ্নপত্রের প্রথম পৃষ্ঠায় এবং OMR উত্তরপত্রের পিছনের অংশে দেওয়া নির্দেশাবলী ভালোভাবে পড়বেন। তাদেরকে OMR উত্তরপত্রে ১ থেকে ৫ নং ঘরে (নিবন্ধন নম্বর, রোল নম্বর, প্রশ্নপত্র সিরিয়াল নম্বর, বিষয় এবং পরীক্ষার্থীর পূর্ণ স্বাক্ষর) সঠিকভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে। এরপর ৮ নং স্থানে MCQ উত্তর বৃত্ত কালো করে দিতে হবে। নির্দিষ্ট ঘর ছাড়া OMR শিটে অন্য কোথাও কিছু লেখা বা চিহ্ন দেওয়া যাবে না।
❾ The OMR Sheet should be used with great care so that it does not get folded, wet, torn and dirty which will lead to cancellation of OMR answer sheet and the examination.
➥ OMR শিট অত্যন্ত যত্ন সহকারে ব্যবহার করতে হবে। এটি ভাঁজ, ছিঁড়ে যাওয়া, ভিজে যাওয়া বা নোংরা হলে উত্তরপত্র বাতিল হয়ে যাবে এবং পরীক্ষাও বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
❿ Spaces for rough work will be provided in the Question Paper Booklet.
➥ প্রশ্নপত্রে রাফ করার জন্য আলাদা স্থান দেওয়া থাকবে।
⓫ No examinee will be allowed to leave examination hall before the end of examination, nor will be allowed to go for washroom during the examination hours except in extreme cases.
➥ পরীক্ষার্থীরা পরীক্ষা শেষ হওয়ার আগে পরীক্ষার হল ত্যাগ করতে পারবেন না এবং পরীক্ষার সময় টয়লেটে যাওয়াও নিষিদ্ধ। কেবলমাত্র বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে।
⓬ The examinees must put their attendance on the Attendance cum Signature Roll (ASR) carefully on each day of examination, but not in advance. The full signatures in the given box of ASR should be put on the first day of examination.
পরীক্ষার্থীদের প্রতিদিনের পরীক্ষায় উপস্থিতি শিটে (Attendance cum Signature Roll – ASR) সঠিকভাবে স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে, তবে অগ্রিম নয়। পরীক্ষার প্রথম দিনে অবশ্যই নির্দিষ্ট বাক্সে পূর্ণ স্বাক্ষর দিতে হবে।
⓭ The examinees must submit their written OMR Sheets at the end of the examination to the concerned Invigilator(s) and leave examination hall with the Question Papers Booklet.
➥ পরীক্ষার শেষে পরীক্ষার্থীদের অবশ্যই OMR উত্তরপত্র সংশ্লিষ্ট ইনভিজিলেটরদের কাছে জমা দিতে হবে এবং প্রশ্নপত্র সঙ্গে নিয়ে পরীক্ষার হল থেকে বেরিয়ে যেতে হবে।
