Required Core Skills
- Good understanding of Flutter framework, Dart language, and basic state management (Riverpod / Provider)
- Ability to build clean, responsive pixel-perfect UIs from design components
- Familiarity with REST APIs integration and working with Firebase Services
Desired Qualifications
- Basic awareness of Flutter Web deployment layouts
- Having any personal projects or sample apps on GitHub is a big plus

- Proven data-driven strategies for organic brand growth (Instagram, YouTube)
- Expertise in content scheduling, high-converting copy, and calendar management
- Comprehensive analytics tracking to monitor reach, shares, and conversion metrics
Desired Qualifications
- Background in script coordination and direct collaboration with on-screen creators
- Basic short-form video assembly/editing experience is a massive bonus

- High volume WhatsApp/Telecalling communication and active active listening skills
- Strong empathy to navigate student queries, map career paths, and boost platform enrolments
- Highly organized approach to managing user follow-ups and CRM leads smoothly
